This course will also help you hold fast to the Word of God in a culture that is departing from it and is now attacking it. WCBI online: what to expect
WCBI online course videos are created from World Changers Bible Institute classes that are taught at Joy Church! At Joy Church, we believe if it is ok to cry in church, it’s also ok to laugh in church! While watching the class videos, you too will experience this joy as you laugh and learn at the same time.
Through specifically designed self-paced video lessons, you will be able to experience an actual WCBI course via your computer, laptop, tablet or phone. All course content is available through an internet connection and a browser – no special software, uploads, or downloads are required.
Expect to grow as Pastor Jim Frease, Senior Pastor of Joy Church, explains and guides you through scriptures throughout the Bible and masterfully leads you into the truths of God’s Word that will help you in your daily walk with God.
Video classes
WCBI online courses will include self-paced video class sessions, allowing you to learn biblical truths you can apply in your life from wherever you can access the internet – at home, on the go, or even while out of town. Each video session can be paused at any point in the video and even days later you can resume your video class session right where you left off.
Knowledge Checks
After each video class session, there will be a simple knowledge check with approximately 3-5 online questions per knowledge check. The knowledge checks are designed to help you retain the course material and are not graded. We learn best through repetition, so knowledge checks are a great way for you to review and determine how well you are learning the materials.
Homework and Tests
Homework assignments and tests are also part of the online course experience and can be completed easily through any browser. No uploads or downloads required, simply answer the homework questions online to complete your homework assignments. Once our WCBI administrators grade your homework, you will be able to see your grade for each assignment online in your student profile. Tests are graded automatically upon completion. If you do not wish to receive a grade, you may take the class as an audit. In this case homework assignments are optional and the tests are not graded.
